Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCBP2AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,439 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCBP2AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBXN7, GMPS, and FXR1. Each is linked with NCBP2AS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP2AS2-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP2AS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCBP2AS2 versus UBXN7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCBP2AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCBP2AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
