Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCBP2AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,593 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCBP2AS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-methionine modification, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and rRNA pseudouridine synthesis. Each is linked with NCBP2AS2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP2AS2-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP2AS2 results are reported.
