The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher NCBP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NCBP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where NCBP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
