NCBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,445 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LSG1, UBXN7, and PAK2. Each is linked with NCBP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP2-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCBP2 versus LSG1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
