Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,258 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS2, ZNF367, and GINS1. Each is linked with NCBP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP2-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCBP2 versus CKS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
