Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, MSH6, and PR. Each is linked with NCBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP2-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by NCBP2-low versus NCBP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
