Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,897 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCBP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein desumoylation, Maintenance of centrosome location, and Ribosomal subunit export from nucleus. Each is linked with NCBP2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP2-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP2 results are reported.
