NCBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,173 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1C1, TMEM225, and HMGN2P24. Each is linked with NCBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1C1 grouped by NCBP1-low versus NCBP1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
