NCBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, CSRP3, and DNAJC5B. Each is linked with NCBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP1-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by NCBP1-low versus NCBP1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
