Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAPH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,799 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCAPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATAD5, CDKN3, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with NCAPH2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPH2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAPH2 versus ATAD5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
