NCAPH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAPH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,337 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL13, TUBGCP5, and LINC00869. Each is linked with NCAPH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPH2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXCL13 grouped by NCAPH2-low versus NCAPH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
