Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCAPH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,854 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCAPH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, XRCC6, and L3MBTL2. Each is linked with NCAPH2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPH2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAPH2 versus MCM5 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
