Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCAPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, SENP3-EIF4A1, and OR7E129P. Each is linked with NCAPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPH-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by NCAPH-low versus NCAPH-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
