NCAPH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCAPH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1D4, KRTAP5-4, and MMP26. Each is linked with NCAPH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPH-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1D4 grouped by NCAPH-low versus NCAPH-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
