NCAPG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAPG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,137 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC20_T70, CDK1, and RFC3. Each is linked with NCAPG2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPG2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAPG2 versus CDC20_T70 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
