NCAPG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,168 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UNG_T60, NUF2_S247, and PAICS_S27. Each is linked with NCAPG in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPG-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAPG versus UNG_T60 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
