NCAPG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,752 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMS, GTF2F2, and C4orf46. Each is linked with NCAPG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPG-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYMS grouped by NCAPG-low versus NCAPG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
