Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCAPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,683 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome condensation, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Mitotic spindle organization. Each is linked with NCAPG in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPG-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPG results are reported.
