NCAPG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCAPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 531 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATXN3L, DHRS7C, and ZIM2. Each is linked with NCAPG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPG-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATXN3L grouped by NCAPG-low versus NCAPG-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPG→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
