NCAPD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAPD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,506 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ECT2_T359, MRTO4, and RPL12_S38. Each is linked with NCAPD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPD2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAPD2 versus ECT2_T359 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
