NCAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UAP1L1, HMBS, and TRMU. Each is linked with NCAM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAM2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UAP1L1 grouped by NCAM2-low versus NCAM2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
