NCALD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCALD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,447 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCALD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK2, RBM12B, and NEGR1. Each is linked with NCALD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCALD-to-partner and partner-to-NCALD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCALD versus PTK2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCALD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCALD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
