NCALD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCALD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,987 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCALD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GREM2, CLEC4F, and SCUBE2. Each is linked with NCALD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCALD-to-partner and partner-to-NCALD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCALD versus GREM2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCALD→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCALD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
