The most reproducible NCALD-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton transmembrane transport, Aerobic respiration, and Energy derivation by oxidation of organic compounds. Each is linked with NCALD in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCALD-to-partner and partner-to-NCALD results are reported.
