Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF5P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,561 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBPF5P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Base-excision repair, Base-excision repair, gap-filling, and Telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with NBPF5P in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF5P-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF5P results are reported.
