Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NBPF5P RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NBPF5P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher NBPF5P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NBPF5P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and OV show a favorable association.

LIHC, COAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where NBPF5P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
