NBPF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 835 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-28P, CD8A, and CAPN13. Each is linked with NBPF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF3-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-28P grouped by NBPF3-low versus NBPF3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
