NBPF20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,995 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, GATAD2B, and RPRD2. Each is linked with NBPF20 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF20-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBPF20 versus PARP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
