Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBPF20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,115 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA localization, RNA export from nucleus, and Heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with NBPF20 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF20-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF20 results are reported.
