Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBPF20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBPF20-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIFAB, PRR30, and LMX1A. Each is linked with NBPF20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF20-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIFAB grouped by NBPF20-low versus NBPF20-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF20→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
