Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBPF14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 755 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBPF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52N5, CTLA4, and ACD. Each is linked with NBPF14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF14-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52N5 grouped by NBPF14-low versus NBPF14-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
