NBPF11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,335 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX9, RO60, and RPRD2. Each is linked with NBPF11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF11-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBPF11 versus DHX9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
