Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,021 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, PHBP17, and SSTR2. Each is linked with NBPF11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF11-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF11 results are reported.
