Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,548 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, VENTXP3, and RNU6-4P. Each is linked with NBL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBL1-to-partner and partner-to-NBL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by NBL1-low versus NBL1-high in UCEC.
