NBEAL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBEAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,706 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBEAL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LARP1, EIF3J, and NCKAP1. Each is linked with NBEAL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEAL1-to-partner and partner-to-NBEAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBEAL1 versus LARP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBEAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBEAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
