NBEA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBEA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,645 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBEA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCLK1, DDAH2, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with NBEA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEA-to-partner and partner-to-NBEA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBEA versus DCLK1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBEA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBEA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
