Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBEA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,826 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBEA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Heterochromatin formation, Regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with NBEA in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEA-to-partner and partner-to-NBEA results are reported.
