NBEA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBEA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,029 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBEA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSIP1, CCDC171, and HSD17B6. Each is linked with NBEA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBEA-to-partner and partner-to-NBEA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSIP1 grouped by NBEA-low versus NBEA-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBEA→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBEA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
