NBAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P3, HNRNPCL3, and RNU1-34P. Each is linked with NBAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBAT1-to-partner and partner-to-NBAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P3 grouped by NBAT1-low versus NBAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
