Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAXE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,219 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAXE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, ADAR, and PRCC. Each is linked with NAXE in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAXE-to-partner and partner-to-NAXE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAXE versus PARP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAXE→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAXE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
