Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAXE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAXE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1205P, MIR30B, and TBC1D26-AS1. Each is linked with NAXE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAXE-to-partner and partner-to-NAXE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1205P grouped by NAXE-low versus NAXE-high in COAD.
