NAV3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAV3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR4, MRTO4, and DIABLO. Each is linked with NAV3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAV3-to-partner and partner-to-NAV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTMR4 grouped by NAV3-low versus NAV3-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
