NAV3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAV3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 693 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCHY1, AOC2, and MTDH. Each is linked with NAV3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAV3-to-partner and partner-to-NAV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RCHY1 grouped by NAV3-low versus NAV3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
