Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NAV2-AS4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NAV2-AS4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher NAV2-AS4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAV2-AS4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LIHC and ACC show a favorable association.
UCS, LIHC, and CHOL are the cancer types where NAV2-AS4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
