Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT8L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,957 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT8L-associated genes across cancer lineages are STX2, TUSC2, and NDUFC2. Each is linked with NAT8L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT8L-to-partner and partner-to-NAT8L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT8L→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT8L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
