The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher NAT8B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NAT8B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and GBM are the cancer types where NAT8B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
