Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT8B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are C18orf12, MIR6072, and IGLV10-67. Each is linked with NAT8B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT8B-to-partner and partner-to-NAT8B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
