NAT8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,363 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, RPS24, and IFT46. Each is linked with NAT8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT8-to-partner and partner-to-NAT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAT8 versus UPP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
