Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAT16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NAT16-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QTNF7, EPPIN, and ACTRT1. Each is linked with NAT16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT16-to-partner and partner-to-NAT16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QTNF7 grouped by NAT16-low versus NAT16-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
