NAT14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,760 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTK7, SMARCA1_S116, and ITGB1. Each is linked with NAT14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT14-to-partner and partner-to-NAT14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAT14 versus PTK7 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAT14→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAT14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
